They are unaware of the hidden agendas shaping the events worldwide that are driven according to, often an orchestrated masterplan by the stronger countries dictating foremost financial objectives, by leveraging their military muscle to exert unbearable pressures on weaker ones to gain control and deplete their natural resources. And once these nations go bankrupt, then they loan money, knowing these countries can never pay back what they owe, and hence, they are entrapped into involuntary servitude of the transnational corporations and their respective governments.
He obtained his BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology in 1989, an MBA in 1990, and his Juris Doctor in 1995 from Western State University College of Law in California. He has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2007. He has a successful law practice, serving the Southern California community.
Mr. Foroozandeh is admitted to practice law in California States Courts and in Federal Courts before the United States District Court for the Central District of California since 2007, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States Tax Court , and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit since 2009, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces in Washington D.C. since 2010, the United States Court of International Trade since 2014, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit since 2015, the United States Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals since 2017, and the United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals since 2018. He holds a rating of Dive Master from the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) since 2007 after his Rescue Diver Training.
Majid enjoys skydiving, Scuba Diving, flying, playing the piano, and has a black belt in Judo. Originally from Shiraz, Iran, he grew up in a military family; his father attained the rank of a full colonel in the armed forces of Iran before the 1979 Revolution, who did a part of his military training in the US. After the fall of the Shah’s government, Mr. Foroozandeh came to the United States, when he was 15 years old, on his own to achieve the American dream!
